Eric Pipkorn, HouseHunt veteran in East Cobb, GA, recently made an incredible projection for his business in 2009.

“I had several closings in ’08 and I look to close one a month in ’09,” Eric said.

That’s one closing a month strictly based on predictable income and does not include any additional business not yet in his pipeline that will arise.

Now, agents in the East Cobb area have faced their share of difficulties with fearful buyers, Eric included. Agents have struggled to steer buyers away from negative media and ensure them that now is the best time to buy a home.

Fortunately, Eric has HouseHunt, which has provided him with a flow of buyer leads that consistently builds his pipeline and increases his odds of finding confident buyers ready to move forward now.

The real estate business is a numbers game and HouseHunt gives Eric the advantage he needs to predictably grow his business year after year.

Maureen D’aiutolo signed up with HouseHunt in December 2008, purchased the North Bethesda, MD exclusive territory and got to work. North Bethesda is an existing area that Maureen quickly found produces numerous buyer leads. In less than two months, Maureen has already connected with several potential clients.

“Yes, I am actually submitting a contract for one of the leads I received from HouseHunt!!!” Maureen said. “I will be meeting with another potential in a week or so, and I am in dialogue with two others. So, if I end up with four deals in my first two months I will say I am VERY happy.”

Having several active buyers is a fantastic way to start the year and Maureen couldn’t agree more. She is so excited about our system that she has attended two Webinars and plans to contact Customer Service soon about more great opportunities to grow.

HouseHunt has many great statistics regarding our clients: The average HouseHunt.com agent earns an additional $70,000 in commissions annually on average; HouseHunt.com Hall-of-Fame agents have earned over $500,000 with their exclusive territory; and the average HouseHunt.com agent sees a 10:1 ROI on their exclusive territory.

Another important stats is that members who stay with us for at least a year… they tend to stay with us for a long time.

They stay with HouseHunt because these agents have allowed our system for success to work and have its full effect on their business. Once deals start coming and their pipeline fills up, it stays that way.

One great example is Rod Sullivan of Solid Source Realty in McDonough and Stockbridge, GA.

Rod became a HouseHunt.com member agent in January 2003. He worked smart and diligently to service every potential client we brought his way. And like all other long-term members, Rod continues to close deals and grow his business.

Almost six years later, 2008 has been no different.

“I closed eleven transactions with HouseHunt so far this year,” Rod shared. “Working on number twelve as we speak,” he added.

Rod’s successful business is proof that this service performs as we claim. That is exactly what agents nationwide need to see and hear: there is a proven total real estate system that works for agents and gives results regardless of the market’s status.

HouseHunt.com is the solution for any agent looking for a growing and profitable career in real estate.

“I’ve actually been working like a DOG this month and have the numbers to back me up thanks to HouseHunt!  So far this month, I’ve taken two buyer agency contracts, one seller listing, and have another buyer appointment tomorrow.  I’ve even received my first honest to God MILLION DOLLAR BUYER!” said Susan Crawford of Keller Williams Realty.

Susan has been working with HouseHunt for about three and a half years. She has experienced plenty of success, but like many in her area has felt the tightening market impact business.

Susan has remained determined and optimistic. She recently implemented the text messaging option and now receives all leads in real time. It’s allowed her to be even faster in following up with buyers on her exclusive territory pages, Cary and Dunham, NC.

“I also have several more in the pipeline and am actually putting together a decent 4th quarter,” Susan said regarding her outlook on the remainder of 2008.

Busy, busy, busy continues to be the trend with our member agents. Susan is a prime example that deals are being done and many of those transactions are beginning on HouseHunt.com.

A recent article on MSN.com took a look at metro areas where “buying makes sense.”

In many of these areas, it’s cheaper to buy right now than it is to rent a three-bedroom apartment. In some cases, people are better off buying a home than renting even a two-bedroom apartment.

According to the article, the Top 10 areas where it’s better to buy than rent are:

1. McAllen-Edinburg – Mission, Texas.
2. San Antonio, Texas
3. New Orleans – Metairie- Kenner, La.
4. Houston- Sugar Land – Baytown, Texas
5. Dallas – Fort Worth – Arlington, Texas
6. Rochester, N.Y.
7. Syracuse, N.Y.
8. Buffalo – Niagara Falls, N.Y.
9. Jackson, Miss.
10. Austin – Round Rock, Texas -

Out of these top 10 metro areas, many of these exclusive territories are available for agents.

If you’re interested in more information on these, or any other territory across the nation, you can call HouseHunt at (888) 832-2244, or you can enter your phone number to connect instantly.

For months now,  HouseHunt.com has been talking about tapping into waiting buyers NOW and how doing so would greatly benefit an agents’ business… and it turns out we’ve been right!

Sales of new homes surprisingly (to some) jumped 2.4 percent last month while existing home sales bounced up 3.1 percent.

HouseHunt.com has been telling as many agents as possible that the buyers are out there. First-time buyers. Luxury buyers. Move up buyers. Second-home buyers….

As home prices begin to show signs of bottoming out, these buyers are gasping in anticipation to jump into the market from the sidelines. When they do, they’re going to work with the first agent that gets in contact with them. HouseHunt’s network of exclusive territories makes sure that HouseHunt.com member agents are the first (and only) agents all those buyers will encounter.

HouseHunt’s Total Internet Marketing system allows HouseHunt.com member agents to develop personalized relationships with every buyer they encounter.

As more buyers enter the market, HouseHunt agents are going to prosper!

Hate to say we told you….

Money still talks the loudest when it comes to offering incentives to prospective home buyers, according to a new national survey of homeowners conducted by HouseHunt, Inc.

Forty-three percent of respondents said they would lower their asking prices five to 10% to close the deal. Another 40% said in the random survey that they would lower their asking prices up to five percent – a total of 83%!

Seven percent of respondents said they would rather offer a buyer a cruise or a vacation flight for two.

Tied at five percent were the following two incentives: (1) Give the buyer a generous remodeling allowance; and/or (2); Homeowners who would be willing to take back a second mortgage.

“Even though the housing market is still sluggish in many parts of the country, our survey shows that the vast majority of sellers are willing to lower their prices up to 10%,” said Michael Bearden, president and CEO of HouseHunt, Inc. “In more active markets where prices are firm or firming up, other incentives offered in our survey might be more attractive to both buyers and sellers.”
